SONET/SDH PD - Path Delay Anue Path Delay Network Emulators are ideal for SONET and SDH VCAT testing in a lab environment. Path Delay network emulation allows you to create individual path-layer delays identical to those that occur during the transmission of SONET/SDH signals.

Anue Path Delay Network Emulation
Anue Path Layer Delay Network Emulation tools create individual path level delays identical to those that occur during the transmission of SONET/SDH signals, including dynamically varying differential SONET latency on multiple paths simultaneously. Configurable impairments include error injection and loss of path (AIS-P), loss of frame (LOF), and loss of signal (LOS) conditions.
Path Delay network emulation settings can be configured and controlled locally using the front panel, or remotely via an Ethernet connection. The included software package allows remote control using either a Graphical User Interface or through a TCL API, which allows for easy automation of common tasks. Note: Up to 7 software loads for different protocols (SONET, SDH, OTN, Ethernet, Fibre Channel, CPRI) can be combined on the same system. A combo network emulation system can easily switch between different features, data rates and protocols, simplifying testing and leveraging your investment.
